Our intake process is stringent, diligent and effective. We have developed our own proprietary origination model which only a generic market-place, like PFX, can do. PFX investors benefit directly from this by having access to projects that often engage with PFX at their most formative stages. Usually before they have even produced a coherent project plan or .xls. We can invest hundreds of hours bringing these projects up to our peerless ‘submission ready’ standards.

PFX/INVESTOR ENGAGEMENT

PFX engages with you using your own template introducer agreement, or we have our own if you prefer.

We are happy to work with your established intermediary/introducer terms, provided they are realistic, reflect our decades of experience and commitment to quality and the time and money we save your origination operations. We have already proven that our diligence at the intake and listing stages reflects directly on our completions. We do not waste our time, or yours.

PRIVACY

Privacy has been built into PFX from the get-go. No investor or project identifying information is available to the public domain.

The Elevator Pitches on our pipeline listings can be viewed by all-comers, but only PFX registered investors have access to the full Executive Summaries and data-rooms. These are provided to you by our Investor Liaison (IL) team, led by our CEO, in accordance with your pre-advised investment preferences.

TRADE DESK

Many smaller funds aspire to engage with higher value opportunities. And larger, established funds are coming to realise the benefits of placing funds into arbitrage trading programs in order to reinforce their capital stack.
