The project principal wants to acquire an established farm of 617 acres and use part of the land, to set up a sustainable poultry facility and processing facility with respect for animal and the environment.To achieve this the project principal will hire the services of an expert company called Beheer & Management BV to design , Build, start up and handover a full integrated poultry processing plant, that will be equipped with the most recent innovations technologies . The poultry processing plant will become competitive from day one and it is expected to be fully functional within 2 years from it's launch. The property also has over 600 animals consisting of 200+ Cows, 220+ Sheep, 100+ pigs and ducks. This farm is one of the largest suppliers of milk on the island, working Dairy with Canadian Holstein Dairy Cows.The purchase of entire of 617 acre property includes all Farming equipment ranging from tractors, boilers, full electronic milk pumping system,stables, sand track, 4 sheds for storage oh hay, pond, 2 large sheds for sheep and all other structures on the property. There are also 6 rental residential properties coming with the property. The farming income and poultry sales will allow to repay the loan within less than 10 Years, as per projected financials. All required permits and licenses are in place.
