Solar Powered Ammonia & Urea Manufacture | Arkansas USA - DVP

DVP Green Ammonia Project is a strategically integrated renewable energy and industrial manufacturing initiative located in Texarkana, Arkansas, designed to meet the growing global demand for green ammonia. This project addresses the urgent need for decarbonised industrial inputs and clean fuels by combining utility-scale solar generation with battery storage, grid integration, and modular green ammonia production. The facility will be developed with five components: solar power generation, energy storage, grid-level energy conversion, ammonia synthesis and commercialisation, and full scale green electricity supply into America’s electric grid. The project requires a total investment of USD 1.1 billion, broken into two tranches of (1) 550M for Ammonia production and (2) 500M for electricity supply. USD 1 billion is sought through long-term debt financing, and USD 100 million has been pledged through cash equity. The construction and commissioning timeline is estimated at 12–16 months, with commercial operations scheduled for 2026. The project will have long-term off take partners generating significant returns and will be managed by a team with great knowledge and depth in this industry. The DVP Power Green Ammonia Project offers a rare convergence of environmental responsibility, energy independence, and strong financial returns. EBITDA Calculations are for the first phase only.
